I have more than one phobia which I realised as an adult my mum had instilled in me. Flying, heights, spiders, snakes and worst of all trips to the DENTIST! I faced the heights by climbing the trees at Treetops Adventure Park. Shaking the whole time. :-) <br /><br />Spiders, I now catch myself and rescue before anyone can squash them. Snakes I have held but I am still wary of our local ones which tend to be deadly! LOL! I just try to avoid them. I have not had to fly yet but will possibly by winter next year so will see how that goes! The Dentist is the only one that is a rational fear, I have had several bad experiences which left me quite ill. I will feel the fear right up until I actually sit in the chair then I feel instant calm, its weird. <br /><br />Sending much LOVE and BRAVERY VIBES your way lovely!
